The RO grows its team with appointment of new Projects Director and Executive Assistant

The RO is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Casey as a Projects Director within its Real Estate division.  Mark joins from Kier Property, where he was a Senior Project Manager with significant experience across a range of sectors and will be based in the RO Real Estate office in London.

Mark Casey

Mark is a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, having qualified during his employment at Lambert Smith Hampton, where he started his career in 2001.  He also holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying.  Prior to joining Kier Property, he worked at Knight Frank, first in their Newcastle office as an associate director in the building consultancy team and subsequently in their head office on Baker Street, where he changed career path from building surveying to project management.

Most recently at Kier he has worked on projects including: a new build industrial warehouse and distribution centre; an office building in Cambridge; a 222 bedroom hotel in Newcastle; a 329 student residential project in Newcastle; a mixed use residential scheme in Southampton; and the Trade City industrial scheme in Watford.

We were very impressed with Mark’s experience, attitude and aptitude.  He clearly strives to achieve excellence in every aspect of the projects he is involved in, from briefing, design development, procurement, value management, handover and commissioning. He is also passionate about business development and actively monitors the market looking for opportunities.  These are all skills which we greatly value at the RO.

The RO also announces the addition of Lisa Gould to the team as an Executive Assistant.  She will also be based at the London office. Lisa has worked in a variety of senior executive support and administration roles working for companies such as Sainsbury’s, Pearson Education, Pulse Healthcare, and Clintons.  Most recently she worked as Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO and Directors at Astro Lighting, which provides high quality lighting solutions to architects, the hospitality industry and commercial property worldwide.
