RO completes successful sale of One Suffolk Way in Sevenoaks for £6.1M

The RO Group is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of One Suffolk Way, a fully occupied multi-let office building in Sevenoaks, to a private investor, for £6.1m. The sale underscores the Group’s value-driven approach to unlocking potential in its property portfolio.

Situated moments from Sevenoaks’ town centre, the building is an important and well-known node in the local economy. Birketts, one of the oldest law firms in the UK, are a key occupier having expanded within the building to grow their regional presence.
One Suffolk Way is also a standard bearer for future proofing and wellness in Sevenoaks. A recent refurbishment to further elevate its ESG credentials, which now include an EPC B rating and a 2-Star Fitwel Certification has enabled the building to set the prime office rent in the town. Fitwel is the world's leading certification system committed to building health for all.

Benefitting from a large car park to the rear of the building, the building also offers wholescale redevelopment potential to provide a multi-storey residential led scheme.
The building is fully air conditioned and boasts suspended ceilings, cycling storage and modern shower, changing and locker facilities. Two new state of the art output boilers provide 95.6% efficiency – ensuring the asset’s EPC B rating that has been confirmed for 10 years.
Sevenoaks railway station is a short walk away, with its fast and frequent service providing access to central London in just 22 minutes. The South Coast and junction 5 of the M25 are within very easy reach, providing good access to the southern motorway network.
