RO Land was established in 2020 to build on the group’s existing successes in land acquisition and planning. Our objective is to add value to land by unlocking its development potential.

We promote greenfield and brownfield sites for a wide range of uses, including residential and commercial development. We have a long term investment approach which allows us to unlock sites that may be considered too difficult by other promoters. The RO Group has a long track record of working in partnership with landowners through promotion agreements and options although the group also has the resources to buy sites outright.


Short & medium term residential land

  • Structured as a promotion agreement or option
  • Sites that adjoin or that relate well to existing settlements
  • Greenfield or brownfield
  • Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire and neighbouring areas
  • Sites that can deliver at least 20 units
  • 2 to 10 year timescale

Short & medium term commercial land

  • Unconditional purchase, promotion agreement or option
  • Typically land suitable for warehousing, last mile logistics, trade counters or neighbourhood centres
  • Greenfield or brownfield
  • Within two hour drive of London
  • From 1 acre for neighbourhood centres and from 5 acres for other uses
  • 2 to 10 year timescale

Long term strategic land

  • Unconditional purchase, promotion agreement or option
  • Typically farms with income creation opportunities from residential, commercial, energy production or other income streams
  • Greenfield or brownfield
  • CaMkOx arc and other growth areas
  • From 40 acres
  • 10 year plus timescale
